Delivery Timeframes

Usual Delivery Timeframes .

Please bare in mind although all UK orders are shipped via a next day courier all products have their own turnaround times before shipment which can be found on collection and/or product pages. We have also listed turnaround times below.

Our working days are Monday to Friday - no orders are shipped over a weekend. Any orders shipped on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Below is a list of our turnaround times - if you need something in a hurry or are unsure of the delivery timeframe please contact us first. 

TURNAROUND TIMES - 

Plain Packaging -

Shipped same day when ordered before 2pm

Prints - 

We aim to ship within 2-4 working days. During busy periods there may be slight delays.

Custom Packaging -

We aim to ship within 4-5 working days. If you ordered a design at the same time please bare in mind the turnaround for the artwork. During busy periods there may be slight delays.

Design Services -

Timeframes on design work can vary depending on the amount of work involved. We usually advise 1-2 weeks for the first draft but simple designs may be completed sooner & complicated designs may take longer.

Ready made packaging -

We aim to ship within 2-4 working days except for tins. Please allow an extra day for tin orders. During busy periods there may be slight delays.

Direct Print Packaging & most merchandise -

Please check on the product pages for the turnaround times as these vary between products.

AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS -

DHL Tracked - Delivered next day except for weekends (U.K. only excluding Scotland & Northern Ireland.) For deliveries to Scotland & Northern Ireland please allow 48 hours.

DHL Express - 1 - 5 day international delivery dependant on destination. Price dependant on weight & destination please see checkout. Please note all international orders may be subject to custom import charges.

UPS - 3 - 5 day international delivery dependant on destination. Price dependant on weight & destination please see checkout. Please note all international orders may be subject to custom import charges.

DHL Economy - 5 - 10 day international delivery dependant on destination. Price dependant on weight & destination please see checkout. Please note all international orders may be subject to custom import charges.

 

Please note if you require a cheaper UK shipping method please contact us. We can ship second class but orders will be delayed as we have one collection per week via Royal Mail. Please note this is an unsigned & untracked method so is shipped at recipients risk.
