Shipping policy

Please bare in mind all products have their own turnaround times before shipment which can be found on collection and/or product pages.

Our working days are Monday to Friday - no orders are shipped over a weekend. Any orders shipped via next day delivery on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Below is a list of our turnaround times but please check the product description when ordering for more accurate turnarounds.

TURNAROUND TIMES - 

Plain Packaging -

Shipped same day when ordered before 2pm

Prints - 

We aim to ship within 2-4 working days. During busy periods there may be slight delays.

Custom Packaging -

We aim to ship within 4-5 working days. If you ordered a design at the same time please bare in mind the turnaround for the artwork. During busy periods there may be slight delays.

Design Services -

Timeframes on design work can vary depending on the amount of work involved. We usually advise 1-2 weeks for the first draft but simple designs may be completed sooner & complicated designs may take longer.

Ready made packaging -

We aim to ship within 2-4 working days. During busy periods there may be slight delays.

Direct Print Packaging & most merchandise -

Please check on the product pages for the turnaround times as these vary between products.

AVAILABLE SHIPPING OPTIONS -

DHL Next Day - Delivered next day except for weekends (U.K. Only) 

DHL Express - 1 - 5 day international delivery dependant on destination. Price dependant on weight & destination please see checkout. Please note all international orders may be subject to custom import charges.

DHL Economy - 5 - 10 day international delivery dependant on destination. Price dependant on weight & destination please see checkout. Please note all international orders may have be subject to custom import charges.

I missed my delivery and my parcel has been returned to DC Packaging -

Our courier will attempt delivery 3 times. After the second delivery attempt they will request you rearrange the delivery prior to 5pm the following day of the second missed delivery. If you do not rearrange the delivery the parcel is then returned to ourselves. Parcels returned to us are costly and we therefore charge a £15 fee for reshipping. This cost maybe more for heavy orders.
