Refund policy
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as not all items are eligible for return or refund due to the non-reusable nature of certain products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Unless the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the non-reusable nature of printing materials, DC Print & Packaging Ltd. cannot offer refunds on:
- Labels, stickers, or any goods that have been printed
- Ready-made products printed to order per customer specifications (where the option to print warning has been used/any additional text and/or logo has been added)
If you place an incorrect order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before printing begins.
Once printing has started, we cannot cancel or refund the order due to production costs.
Refunds are only available for errors or faults caused by DC Print & Packaging Ltd.
Please ensure all artwork and spelling are checked carefully before submitting an order, as we cannot refund for customer-supplied errors.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the receiver and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
If customs duties or import taxes are not paid by the receiver, the parcel may be returned to sender or destroyed by the courier or customs authorities.
Please note:
- Orders that are destroyed, rejected, or abandoned due to non-payment of customs duties or import taxes are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- This decision is final and non-negotiable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note it can take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
In the rare event a refund is rejected for details outlined above the cost to reship back to the customer will be the customers responsibility. Rejected returns will be destroyed after 14 days where shipping costs have not been covered.
