Please see below our usual production times. Delivery timeframes can be found further down the page. If you have an urgent order please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline. Our working hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
Premade packaging
It is important to note that these production times are for orders up to 250pcs. Please allow an additional few days for larger quantities.

Design service
We advise up to 5 working days for our design services to provide a first draft. Our design services include up to 3 free revisions. Intricate and detailed design requirements can take longer, but your dedicated designer will keep you updated throughout the process.
Plain packaging
Most plain packaging is shipped same day when ordered prior to 2pm (9am for international orders). This is dependent on stock. Larger quantities or some of our more popular products may take an additional few days. If your order is urgent please check prior to ordering.
Please be advised our tamper evident tubs are available on back order and will have a longer shipping time of up to 5 working days.
Shipping options
Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. No orders are shipped over a weekend. It is important to note that domestic orders shipped on a Friday are delivered the following Monday.
- DHL tracked: Delivered next working day (UK only, excluding Scotland & Northern Ireland). For deliveries to Scotland & Northern Ireland please allow 48 hours.
- DHL express: 1–3 working days to EU destinations. Please allow additional time for non-EU countries. May be subject to custom import charges.
- UPS: 3–5 working days to EU destinations. Please allow additional time for non-EU countries. May be subject to custom import charges.
- DHL economy: 3–5 working days to EU destinations. Please allow additional time for non-EU countries. May be subject to custom import charges.
